Yoga for Stress Relief

Slow flow yoga is performed in a slower pace than other yoga styles. Fewer poses are performed and held for longer times allowing you to focus on breathing and calming the mind and body. This yoga style is perfect for beginners but can also benefit advanced yogis.

Restorative Yoga:

Restorative yoga focuses on winding down after a long day and relaxing your mind. At its core, this style focuses on body relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to cleanse and free your mind.

Power Yoga:

A power yoga class may seem more like an aerobics class than a relaxed, mindful yoga experience. Though it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative. This style enhances stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. This class is best for an intermediate or advanced practitioner.

Yin Yang Yoga

Yin and Yang offers a balanced yoga practice which combines masculine and feminine energies. Starting with the masculine "Yang"/Sun side, we bring heat to the body with flowing dynamic movements which helps to improve cardiovascular function, builds strength, and endurance. Second half of the practice, we surrender to the feminine "Yin"/Moon side, which are longer held, more passive poses where we embrace stillness within the body and mind. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice helps lengthen connective tissues, improve flexibility in the joints, and encourages a calm and deep meditative state.

Pilates Yoga  Fusion

Pilates Yoga Fusion is a blend both Pilates exercises and Yoga poses. The Pilates portion of the class helps improve strength, stamina, core strength, and muscle-toning while the Yoga portion focuses on relaxation and stretching. Being flexible is an important key factor when improving strength. This style is ideal for intermediate and advanced athletes, weightlifters, or those wanting to improve their current overall strength.

Chair Yoga

A gentle form of yoga, chair yoga, brings you the benfits of relaxation, stretching, strength building and flexibility and mental clarity while seated in a chair. Like all yoga styles, chair yoga has been proven to improve mood, confidence, and relieve stress and anxiety. Chair yoga can be beneficial for all experience levels. This type of yoga allows those with injuries, limited mobility, or physical disabilities to perform the same yoga poses as traditional styles without the risk of injury.

Tone & Flow

Tone and Flow Yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that seamlessly blends traditional yoga elements with strength training and fluid movement. This unique fusion creates a holistic experience that not only nurtures the mind-body connection but also challenges and sculpts the physical body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. It primarily targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than focusing on muscles. This style of yoga is designed to improve flexibility, increase circulation in the joints, and promote relaxation. Yin Yoga often incorporates mindfulness and meditation practices, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.
