FRIENDS!!!! I did TWO yoga classes today! What?!?!?!? I did the Hatha this morning and tonight I did a more focused for me minus my arm position class. Lol! Say that 4 times fast. Haha!
It was Hatha-based but I learned to do some new positions and it was impactful. It's so interesting how you can take the same type of class but how it's taught is so different...the beginning, the stretching positions, etc. I liked that alot. It enabled me to gain strength in different areas that I hadn't done before. We all know everyone teaches things differently but the basis and movements are the same.
My legs right now do NOT like me. Lol! 🤣
It feels so good to have done two sessions today after not doing any for a whole week. My arm/elbow hurts, can't lie but I'm using 2 braces to help with the constant moving of arm in general. I've been able to work my non-arm use around doing the positions. Being able to concentrate on the stretching, core, back, glutes, arms and abs is what I focus on to get through. I could've waited to share this tomorrow morning but I am so proud of myself and wanted to share what a great yoga day I've had.
