Hi friends! I am new to Florida, living my life-long dream of being near the beach, with my soulmate of 18 years, TJ, and our furry baby Vivie. We have two awesome adult kids who live in MD and VA. I retired from federal government after 38 years in December 2022.  I am blessed and excited to be a part of the Derty Yoga team.

My career and “calling” is leadership, mentoring/helping others and showing them, they are worthy. I am certified as a Mental Health Coach and hope this education and my own life experiences will benefit those looking for wellness and healing - body, mind and spirit.  I look forward to getting to know our yoga members and our community.
